The story so far for Element.

Its been a quiet couple of months for us here at Element. We have been riding on and off in the local trails as well as participate in Malaysian Downhill Super Series. Reconsidering and reconciling what Element wants to do this year and forth.


Just a little intro on second season of MDHSS
1. MDHSS #1 > Tokun, Penang (Completed)
2. MDHSS #2 > Putra Jaya Challenge Park, Selangor (Completed)
3. MDHSS #3 > Jitra, Kedah - 29th May 2011
4. MDHSS #4 / National Champs > Mt Kiara, Kuala Lumpur - 24th July 2011
5. MDHSS #5 > Bukit Ramlee, Selangor.

Apart from above , we have been riding up locations in JB
1. DH Tracks
- Few locations pop'ed up in the radar after a good year of promo with loads of riders from all walks of life joining DH riding. So far we have Resam, Mt Austin, Ulu Tiram, Pulai2 and Scientex aka Backyard.The locals are really working it up here right now.. one time there was no place to ride here and now.. we have some choice albeit better than none :)

2. XC trails / Jamborees
There has been a total influx of rides/jamboree this pass 1 year actually and to a point where each week now has multiple options to choose from .. Cycling clubs has sprouted up all over from PG, UT, Kulai, Gelang Patah and etc. There are those few that have been around for ages though.. like PG Gerek and Cyclemotion.
Too many to go to .. well at least we can pick and choose what we want :)

3. DJ/Pump Track
There is a void in this arena at the moment.. no available tracks . hence we will be stepping it up to fill the void. Currently there is one built at Bukit Resam. Building a new track will commence once approval is obtained at a new location near Element cycle store.

Apart from above, Element will be undertaking a huge project which will involve heavy preparation. Once the plans are underway we will be sharing it with you !

Currently the store carries Kali Protection items. Come and get yours.

Time to put on your XC shoes and get some lung busting & leg drilling exercise done. Guys in Malacca have been busy setting up trails for us to ride on. The historic city of Malacca has been home to some fun rides in recent times.
